Spend the day learning about colour theory and how it can be used to create expressive colourful life drawings usuong pastels. We use the inscribe 64 half stick pastels set along with whatever you have to make your own individual responses to the figure. We will work from a real human being, starting with shorter poses to devise your own harmonious palette, then make longer more detailed drawings from longer poses. Explore mark making and skin tones, form and structure to capture the exquisite human form in the delicious creamy medium of pastel.
Please bring your own pastel materials. Recommended inscribe 64 half sticks.
